Shipping policy

SHIPPING

We ship via USPS, UPS and FedEx. Orders generally ship within 1-3 business days from placing your order. You'll receive an email confirmation with your order and tracking information once your order has shipped. Shipping generally takes between 5-7 business days.

We offer free local pick-up for customers that are able to pick up their orders in Menomonie, WI. Please select local pick-up when placing your order and our Customer Service Team will reach out with the hours of availability for pick-up.

M&D Mercantile is NOT responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items while in transit. Nor are we responsible for returned/exchanged items lost in transit without proof of delivery. You will need to contact your local post office, UPS Store, or FedEx Store, as applicable, to track orders or to file a claim.

Customer Service Hours: Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Closed on weekends and some holidays.
